Jasmine started a fashion blog 2 years ago that has grown fromjust herself to a team of 10 employees. She has 5 editors whocreate content on different fashion areas; shoes, dresses, casualwear, formal wear, and more! 1 editor is responsible for organizingand scheduling articles and vlogs. 2 editors perform reviews ofarticles and vlogs; one does the spelling and grammar checks andgeneral video review, the other reviews articles and vlogs to makesure it aligns with Jasmine 's brand. She also has a graphicdesigner who create banners, word-art and more! Finally, she has avideo editor who works on producing Jasmine 's weekly fashion vlogand any recordings from the other editors when attending fashionshows and more. Jasmine has enjoyed a lot of success, loves herteam but she is starting to see issues from expansion. Manyarticles aren't being published on-time due to black-logs ofgetting through editing. Several times she has checked in, only tofind out the editor who double-checks the work missed the emailnotifying that the next article was ready. When the editorresponsible for publishing articles and vlogs goes on vacation orcalls in sick, everything stops being scheduled. Jasmine hasrepetitively tried to get her staff to use the Excel spreadsheetfor scheduling but her staff refuse to use it. Sometimes Jasminehas noticed that the changes she requested for an article do notmatch the article she sees on the live site. Other times there aremissing elements such as which fashion designer manufactures thearticle of clothing. She also notices from time to time that thearticles that they looked at before pushing live, do not look thesame when published. Jasmine is becoming very frustrated with heremployees at what she thinks are simple errors. Jasmine has come tothe realization that she needs to put all these processes into aCMS but has no idea how she could use the CMS(content managementsystem) to benefit her.
