In the xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity, the absorbance ofthe test sample increased with the concentration of the sample. While the absorbance value of the blank without inhibitor is belowthe absorbance value of the test sample. Based on this, can it beconcluded that the test sample is not an inhibitor but anactivator? or are there other parameters that must be tested sothat it can prove that the sample is an activator of the xanthineoxidase enzyme. Thank you for taking the time to answer myquestion.
