Hello! Please verify the values in grams that I havewritten for each compound in the buffer solutions. Also thelast one which is in microliters. Please show work. Thanks.
Lysis buffer Stock solution 2.5 M NaCl [ 73 g]; 100 mM NazEDTA [ 19 g]; 10 mM Tris [ 0.6 g] Make up to 500 mL with ddH₂O and set pH to 10.0 with 10 M NaOH *The chemical will be dissolved after adding 10 M NaOH Working solution Add 1% Triton X-100 right before lysis step Electrophoresis buffer Stock solution 10 M NaOH [(200)g in 500 mL ddH₂O] 200 mM Na₂EDTA [(7) g in 100 mL ddH₂O] Working solution 30 mL of 10M NaOH + 5 mL 200 mM Na₂EDTA, make up to 1 L with dd H₂O set pH>13 with pH strip Neutralization buffer Working solution 0.4 M Tris [ 24 g]; make up to 500 mL with ddH₂O. Set pH at 7.5 with HCI Staining buffer Stock solution 1 mg/mL (1 µg/μL) Working solution (2.5 µg/mL) Add μL of propidium iodide (1 mg/mL) to 200 mL ddH₂O (solution should cover the slides)
