among your team that the change is needed? Think about how the
status quo (old behaviors, processes, ways of thinking, or
structures) may be hindering the organization from moving
forward
Stage 2: Movement
Develop a plan for change:Define the type and scope of the
change
Set goals and objectives Use the SMART goal format
Identify area of support and resistance:Discuss how you, as the
leader, will engage those that resist the change
Identify all effected by the change & include in the
planning. Identify the stakeholders who will be affected by the
change.
Develop appropriate strategies. Describe the strategies for
implementation. How would you communicate the planned change to the
stakeholders?
