Review existing literature on Merjer / Acquisition International Joint Venture on any one company in UAE. 1. Identify Recruitment, Selection and Placement practices of the selected organization. (5 Marks) 2. Discuss Training and Development techniques in the above selected organization (8 Marks) 3. Discuss the above HRM practices in overcoming the challenges of cultural diversity.
