UEM Builders Berhad is an engineering, property and infrastructure company based in Malaysia. It is one of the largest Malaysian infrastructure companies that has undertaken various projects, both locally and overseas. The projects are such as the construction of Klang Valley MRT lines, North-South Expressway, KLIA2 airport, tunnels, water treatment plants, dams, infrastructure concessions and the development of new townships. This company decided to apply for MS14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) standard certification. (a) Explain the five (5) benefits of obtaining the certification to the company.
