Find: (i) the thyristors firing angle (ii) the inverter Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) (iii) a new firing angle for the thyristors to reduce the inverter THD (iv) the new THD of the inverter (10 marks) Assume: the inverter only carry odd number harmonics, and only harmonic up to n=11 are deemed significant.
