Q8. A 4 μ F capacitor is initially charged to 300 V. It is discharged through a 100 mH inductance and a resistor in series: (a) find the frequency of the discharge if the resistance is zero. (b) how many cycles at the above frequency will occur before the discharge oscillation decays to 1/10 of its initialy value if the resistance is 1 02. (c) find the value of the resistance which would just prevent oscillations.
