A standardized test is used to assess students knowledge of world events with a national reported mean=65, and standard deviation =5. A sample of 30 students are tested with a sample mean=58, Compute a 95% percent confidence interval based on this sample's data. We have 95% confidence that the interval, 56.85 points << 59.15 points, will contain the score of all students on the test. We have 95% confidence that the interval, 56.21 points < μ< 59.79 points, will contain the score of all students on the test. We have 95% confidence that the interval, 63.21 points < < 66.79 points, will contain the score of all students on the test.
