Two cars drive on a straight highway. At t = 0, car 1 passesmile marker 0 traveling due east with a speed of 24 m/s. At thesame time, car 2 is 1.0 km east of mile marker 0 traveling at 35m/s due west. Car 1 is speeding up with an acceleration ofmagnitude 2.8 m/s2 and car 2 is slowing down with an accelerationof magnitude 3.4 m/s2.
1) Calculate the time when the cars pass by each other.
2)Calculate the speed of car 2 when it passes car 1.
