I have 3 columns
The 1st column contains rows with blank information.

In the 4th column I'm doing 2 of the following:
1. write the first letter of column 2, write the first letter of column 3 and put a "." and write all of the letters with the rows that aren't missing information in column 1 alongside writing open at the end
2. With the rows missing information from column 1 I will do the following: Write first 2 letters of colum 3 put a "." then write all of colum 2 text and then write open at the end
