II. Case(40%) You are employed as a DBA in a manufacturing company. Currently, you manage two databases for two production systems in your company. There are many problems with the backup procedure, backup type and cluster between these two systems, you should propose a backup procedure, backup type and cluster solution between these two systems. The following about each system:
a. You manage a database in a data warehouse system. There is a huge amount of data in this database. The situation with this system: Only executives and managers could access this database This database is not critical in the business process in your company. It takes 4 days for a full backup of this database and 2 days for differential backup. It is not necessary to always back up this database. ● ● b. You manage a database for a machinery system. The situation with this system: ● This system is very critical and must always be available. This system does not store a huge amount of data. It is necessary to always take backup because this system is critical for your company. It takes 6 hours to fully backup and 1 hour for a differential backup.
Based on 2 cases above you should make : [LO2, LO3, 20 points] Choose backup types and procedure for each system! And explain it!
