Measuring Resistors Use the resistor color code to find the nominal value of each resistor for the circuit and record that value. Then measure the actual resistance using the DMM. The resistor must not be connected to anything for an accurate measurement. Construct a table similar to Table 1 in Word (or your favorite word processor) that contains all of the values.
