Bob works as a patient care technician at Green Hills Medical
Center. One evening, as Bob is entering the hospital, he hears the
sound of squealing brakes. Bob looks around the corner of the
building but does not see anything except the taillights of a
fast-moving car as it turns onto a side street. Bob shrugs his
shoulders and goes into the hospital to start his
shift. The following day, Bob reads in the newspaper
that a young man died last night after being dumped outside Green
Hills Medical Center. The family of the young man is threatening to
sue the hospital and anyone else who was there who did not help
their family member.
Bob realizes that he might have witnessed this situation and is
worried that he might be involved in this lawsuit.
