You will begin to keep a diary of everything that you eat and
drink. This diary will include all things consumed, their caloric
content, what type of food it is (carbohydrate, vegetable,
protein), and the date and time of the meal. This journal is
to be kept in chronological order. Weight yourself at the beginning
and end of the course. At the end of the course assess your eating
habits for interventions that could have assisted in providing you
a more health and nutritious diet.
