In sugar industry, an evaporator is to remove 35% of the water content from an input mixture. The evaporators are configured in series wherein the input contains 80% water. How many evaporators are needed to achieve the desired concentration of at least 10% water before entering the crystallizer? All percentages are in mass. %. Give your answer in whole numbers.
