8. Perform quantity take off & cost estimate of the following foundation as per the sketch shown below. Additional information for estimating cost & quantities are provided below: a. The footing is 3 ftX3 ft and 1ft 3 inches deep b. Pedestal is 1 ftX1 ft and 12 ft deep c. Total depth of foundation (footing & pedestal) is 13 ft 3 inches below ground level d. Cost of digging is = $25/CY ( includes labor and equipment cost) e. Cost of concrete is $125/CY f. Cost of rebar is:# 4 bar =$0.5/LF; #5 bar $0.75/LF Forms work timber cost $5/LF 8.
