On a piece of scratch paper, draw all the octet rule following resonance structures of OCN^-1. (C is central) Then enter them
below as best you can, not worrying about the lone pairs, For example if you were drawing water, you would type H-O-H. For
triple bonds, do a double and a single (eq if I was showing the triple bond in diatomic nitrogen, I would write N-=N)
Under each atom in each structure, put the formal charge of that atom in that structures.
Then, give approximate % of each resonance structure contributing to the actual, real structure.
