A solution containing ten drops of 0.0015 M methyl orangesolution and 5 drops of 0.5 M HCl solution is titrated to a paleyellow endpoint with 7 drops of the simulated pool water.
1) Calculate the molarity of free chlorine residual (Mchlorine)in the pool sample.
2) Convert this concentration to parts per million of chlorinein solution.
