Problem #2: APA Reference and In-Text Citations for a Journal Article. In 2016, Brent L. Hawkins, Jasmine A. Townsend, and Barry A. Garst from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina published an article about their work in Therapeutic Recreation Journal. Their article was called, "Nature-Based Recreational Therapy for Military Service Members: A Strengths Approach." The article was in the 50th volume of the journal and the first issue of that volume. It began on page 55 and ended on page 74. On page 69 of their article, Brent, Jasmine, and Barry stated, "Nature can be a viable Recreational Therapy (RT) intervention, program, and environment for veterans and their supporters." 6.
