5.Fiscal policy is a policy that the government uses tomanage/direct the economy to a better or desirable condition bychanging revenues and government spending. In macroeconomic theory,government revenue is assumed to be comes from taxes (T), while theexpenditure is assumed to be from government spending (G). Fiscalpolicy can be in the form of expansionary and contractionary fiscalpolicy. Expansive fiscal policy is a policy that aims to increaseoutput / economic growth. On the contrary, Contractive fiscalpolicy aims to reduce the economy's output. Therefore, the policyfiscal policy is also an instrument of government stability. Payattention to Table
