Find the (a) time it takes the ball to reach the ground (b) initial velocity of the ball (c) velocity just before the ball strikes the ground. Clue: a. Use y = Vot + 1/2 gt2 b. Use the formula for intital velocity. c. Use answer in b for Vx. For Vy use equation Vy = Voy + gt Get the pythagorean relation and angle. Write also the components of the velocity.
