Latent heat of fusion, vaporization = 334 kJ/kg and 2260 kJ/kg. Specific heat of ice, water, steam = 2110 and 4190 and 2010 J/(kg-K) Break the process down into the following steps: a) First draw a Heat vs. Temp diagram and label the different stages in this process.
