Twenty aspirin capsules (81mg) were emptied and dissolved in 100ml of alcohol. Only 5-ml aliquot was used in the assay and thefollowing results were produced
wt of anhy Na2CO3 125mg
Vol of acid consumed 22.3 ml
Vol of std acid soln in actual test 11.0 ml
Vol of std soln in blank test 15.8 ml
mEq Aspirin 180 mg
Determine the percentage purity of the Aspirin in the finishedproduct.
