The peptide with the primary sequence shown below was submitted for extensive acid hydrolysis and 417 pmol of S was recovered. How many combined pmoles of E and D would also be expected in that sample after the acid hydrolysis treatment? Just report the sum of pmols of E+D recovered.

313 pmol (D+E)
