However, after 1 year, he realized that his business wasnot doing well and started to find out what could be the causes.After having discussions with his business partners and interviewswith some of the business owners, he found that the sales depletionwas primarily due to customer service (cs), range of prices(price), and payment method (pm). Although this relationship can besaid to hold true, generally for all customer products, it isnevertheless contingent on the extent of social media marketingeffort that the company has invested in promoting the product.Azman found that good feedbacks from customers service in socialmedia marketing will boost their sales. A set of questionnaires hasbeen distributed to 425 online shoppers which 150 were Malay. 150were Chinese and 125 were Indians.
