There are 20 subgroups given,and after calcute the UCL and LCL, all subgroups are out of control. And the question state that subgroup 5 has new operator. So,
Option A: Eliminate the subgroup 5 since has assignable cause eventhough all subgroup are out of control.
Option B: No need to eliminate any point eventhough subgroup 5 has assignable cause since all subgroup have already out of control.
Which one is correct?
