A group might greatly benefit from internal market research with
a series of focus groups. The question that might be addressed is
how they would be structured? Within departments? Mix departments?
Physicians? Clinical staff? If the group is at the early stage of
their strategic planning process and there are two central paths of
looking for another practice to merge with or join a hospital
system? Should the focus groups be structured around those two
paths?
This is just one question with help of ideas that may help a
response. I will give good feedback with a university-level
