On July 1, 2022, BFAR Corp. declared and issued 25% sharedividends to its ordinary shareholders. Before the issuance of thesaid shares, the company had 25,000 shares of PHP 14 par valueordinary shares that were both issued and outstanding. The fairmarket value of each share is PHP 20.
