A small training college has decided to extend and replace itsexisting database system. The project has received board approvaland the required functional changes and additional requirementshave been agreed with the users. A project manager has beenappointed and has been allocated a project team of three databaseanalysts, three development programmers and one tester, withselected users being made available for acceptance testing. Anoutline project schedule for the development and implementationphases has been drawn up. It includes the following tasks andrelated staff allocations.
