The maximum instantaneous power delivered to a resistive loadwith ac voltage V(t) and ac current I(t) is given by(choose onlyone):1. P = VI where V and I are the instantaneous current andvoltage
2. Pmax = Vmax * Imax where Vmax and Imax are the maximumcurrent and voltage
3. Vmax*Imax will not always give the maximum power becauseI & V may not be in phase; therefore, first calculate V*I as afunction of time then find the maximum
4. Pmax = Irms * Vrms
