We all experience stressors, though the things that stress youout as an infant versus when you are a teenager versus when youbecome a parent differ drastically from one another. Likewise, ourcoping mechanisms often change and evolve as we become more mature. For this assignment, you’ll be reflecting on the nature of your ownstress and coping throughout your lifetime. Instructions Followthese steps to complete the assignment. In a blank electronicdocument or on good old-fashioned paper, draw a timeline. At oneend, mark your birth, and then break down the timeline into about5-year increments until you get to today. Now reflect back on yourlife, and, at each 5-year point, draw or embed an image of whatyour primary stressors were and write a few words about what youdid to cope. If necessary, go back to the module on humandevelopment to reflect on the types of stressors you may haveencountered at various stages. Also consider big life changes thatmay have occurred along the way. When your timeline is complete, take a picture of it, or save it for uploading. In a blankdocument, complete the following reflection and answer thequestions. Your reflection should be about 300 words in total.Would you rather have the stressors you had in the past or the onesyou have now? Explain why. How have your coping mechanisms changedover time? What influenced these changes? Which coping mechanismshave you found to be most effective? As you consider the future ofthis timeline, which coping mechanisms might be useful for you totry? Why do you think that is? Use the Submit Assignment button toupload both your timeline and your reflection. Your assignment willbe graded using the rubric below.
