Women who work and raise children are often treated unfairly inthe workplace. They receive lower wages, are not promoted as oftenas those without children, and can sometimes struggle to find workagain after returning from maternity leave. It is incumbent uponthe workplace to create more equal working environments for people, regardless of gender. This is no longer an era when women stay homeand men are the primary sources of income.
