There are two attached images, one is Alpha diversity and otheris Beta diversity. S1.1, C2.1, S3.1, S4.1, S5.1 are soil samples which haven't beentreated with the Greywater. C2 is a control soil sample which isonly getting tap water.
S1.2, S3.2, S4.2, S5.2 are soil samples which were treated withgreywater for 2 months. C2.2 was treated with tap water only for 2months. C2 never got any greywater.
S1 and C2 have the same plant community. S3 and S4 have the same plant community. S5 has a different plant community.
I want detail explaination of these graphs.Can you pleasetechnically explain them with numbers and scientific explainationand backing them up with other studies from the literature.
Chao technique is used here. The excel sheet is also attachedfor Beta diversity but I dont understand from graphs how to find'S' samples as only red dots are shown. I generated these graphs using microbiome analyst website(https://www.microbiomeanalyst.ca/)
