A nail salon has 1 manicurist with two chairs for clients towait. Customers arrive one every 15 minutes on average. This time betweenarrivals is exponentially distributed.It takes the manicurist 20 minutes on average to complete aservice, exponentially distributed.Due to city ordinance rules, customers can wait unless there is anempty chairs for them. If there are chairs, the customer does notenter the system.
