Youas an Operations Strategist have been assigned One of them with theaim of carrying out an analysis on the Outlet's competitiveness andperformance by critically reviewing the Five (5) PerformanceObjectives and Four (4) Decision areas as currently deployedand employed on the Outlet's Operations. As you carry out thereview answer the following questions through discourse anddiscussion:
