Question 1: A rock joint surface was subject toa shear box test in which the area of the shear surface was 50 mmby 50 mm. The results of the test are given below. Determine theCoulomb strength criteria values (i.e., joint’s cohesion andfriction angle).
Normal Load (N) | 108 | 576 |
Shear Load at Failure | 172 | 425 | ----->Supposed to be in table answers wont let me post though
