Suppose you have $2000 to invest and you are considering the
following two funds:
1.What is the NAV of closed-end fund B?
2.If closed-end fund B sells for (has a
market price of) $22.75 per share, is it trading a discount or
premium? What is the percentage discount/premium as a % of NAV?
and Suppose that after one year, the NAV of fund A is $25 per
share and that the closed-end fund has a market price of $24.44 per
share.
