I'm studying about transistor mechanism based on 4 groups suchas CaSi2,CaGe2 etc.
but, i don't know about that mechanism. one of the things ithink is the ferroelectric.
in the paper, i can't see that mechanism. also, i can seeschottky mechanim, but there are no ion effect in their device.
so, if it possible, tell me about the machanism of transistorbased on CaSI2, CaGe2? please tell me about that in details orsimply
