How can I create a digital circuit (Using an Arduino UNO Board)wherein the Input of the circuit is the moisture level of the soilwhich then turns on a connected water pump for varying amounts oftime (e.g Pump will run for 30 seconds if soil moisture is toolow, 15 seconds if not too low, and will not run at allif soil moisture level is sufficient.)
