exercise4.js Display the current time in hours, minutes andseconds, and local time zone. Make sure the time updates correctlyevery second. Then every 5 seconds switch the time zone. Cyclethrough the time zones of 5 different cities: Toronto,San-Francisco, Frankfurt, Dubai, and Beijing. e.g. 5:35:02 pm Dubaitime zone.
