Write a C function char * charsFromFile(int k, char * filename). This function will return the last k characters at the end of the file with the specified filename. You are not allowed to use the function fopen(). Do not print any error messages in charsFromFile(), but include the necessary logic to handle errors. Error messages will be printed in the function from which getchars() is called.
