(Figure 1), uses R-134a as the working fluid and operates on an
ideal vapor-compression cycle. The temperatures in the condenser,
refrigerator, and freezer are 25 ∘C, 2 ∘C, and -20 ∘C,
respectively. The mass flow rate of the refrigerant is 0.9 kg/s .
The refrigerant quality at the refrigerator exit is 0.4.
