Undo the centromeres when necessary so the chromatids can separate. Fill in the chart below as you mimic mitosis. Stage Prophase Metaphase Anaphase Telophase (after cytokinesis) Number of Chromosomes per cell Number of Chromatids (DNA molecules) per cell 2.
