Marketing Plan Part 2.
Part 1 I have already done and it is about a made up coffee company called Elbi Kahve based in Icelandwhich is now focussing on branding and customers.
The following are questions I need answered asap.
Objectives
•at least 2 strategic marketing objectives (follow SMART formula)
Segmentation/Targeting/Positioning
•Market segmentation strategy must adress:
-Key segmentation variables that correctly identifies your potential market
-Target markets you can effectively reach and sell to (identify target strategy)
-Positioning you will take in the market to convince your customers to buy your products and not the competition's and identity positioning strategy and include a perceptual map.
