Fair Work Commission Rules
The Fair Work Commission is the independent national workplacerelations tribunal, and is responsible for maintaining a safety netof minimum wages and employment conditions, as well as a range ofother workplace functions and regulations.
The Fair Work Commission assists with:

·Applications relating to the endingof employment, including unfair dismissal, unlawful termination orgeneral protection.
·Applications for an order to stopbullying at work.
·Applications for an order to stopsexual harassment at work.
·Providing medication and conciliationin order to resolve various disputes.
