Design a rectangular column section to support Pu= 696 k and Mu=465k-ft with a total steel ratio pg=4% using the interactiondiagrams. Place the longitudinal bars uniformly around two faces ofthe column and design the ties and their spacing. Use f'c= 4ksi,fy=60 ksi, and b=18 in (NOTE: Can you please, please do it step bystep and detailed, and where also do I use the pg=4% ??
