Task 2 Perform simulation and practical tests on the circuit in figure 1 and 2 to determine their suitably for an application of your choice (most be related to the scenario) using available software package and components. Then analyse and compare the results obtained from testing the circuits. To begin with, select at least two semiconductors from the figures and identify relevant literature for testing them using appropriate manufacturers' data sheets. Then apply at least two different testing procedures (using diode theory) to test the semiconductor components in order to interpret relevant information (e.g forward bias resistance, breakdown voltage, operating frequency etc) from manufacturer's data sheets. Your report must contain detail description of the circuits from input to output with annotated diagrams, snapshots of simulated/built circuit, calculation, assumption and link with manufacturer datasheet.
