After the student logs in, redirect the user/student to the web form as shown below with user id Enter your details and uplaod your file Full Name: Contact Number: Email: Upload your CV Choose File No file chosen Submit 3. Capture all the data entered by the user in form handler and also store the uploaded CV with the student id in folder named student_cv. 4.
