Was there a significant different in the rate of fatigue for the two different exercises? If so, explain why they might be different. Yes, there was in the first exercise the fatigue wasn't that evident because I normally work that part of my body, but it was different in the second exercise because I don't work my arms out frequently therefore it led to fatigue in my muscles. curve Focus
